The Rhino Rescue Tourniquet is a one-handed tourniquet system intended to block or temporarily interrupt blood flow in emergencies, particularly in tactical first aid. The tourniquet can be applied to all limbs using an individually adjustable Velcro closure.

The twist/wind system uses a freely movable internal band to prevent arterial blood flow to an extremity. To secure the windlass in the U-shaped anchor clip, only one hand movement is needed; for transport, the windlass is securely fastened with a Velcro strap.
