The Flectarn Class 4 ICW 3A resilience emergency kit for former Dutch military personnel is an emergency kit assembled for Dutch citizens who have completed their military service or former Dutch military personnel who have Flectarn uniforms at home. Although this is an emergency kit for civilians, with a discreet bullet and fragmentation-proof vest, this set includes a Flectarn camouflage backpack and tactical vest.

The Patrol NIJ-3A (04) is a fragmentation and bullet-proof vest with two hard bulletproof plates NIJ-4-ICW against war rifles. The Patrol cover is made of dark blue sturdy Cordura and offers good wear resistance under a tactical vest or Chest Rig.

This is resilience at a higher level with a customized emergency kit worth 600 Euros in a Flectar camo backpack. Remember that if an emergency breaks out, there will be a shortage of bulletproof vests and helmets.

• Patrol fragmentation and bulletproof vest NIJ-3A (06) MT-PRO (GEN 7) can be worn discreetly or visibly. The dark blue strong Cordura fabric is wear-resistant and allows it to be used under other equipment such as a tactical vest, chest rig, or backpack. The bulletproof protection is NIJ-3A (06) against calibers .357SIG and .44 Magnum and additional calibers 9mm Ranger SXT, 7.62×25mm Tokarev, and 5.7×28mm SS197. Stab-resistant against knives up to 15 Joules. Contains two hard bulletproof plates NIJ-4 ICW for protection against war rifles.
