This bulletproof and stab proof vest NIJ-3A (04)GRAN intended for local police in Belgium with Molle webbing was developed by Sioen Ballistics according to the specifications of the Belgian Police GPI95 but is standard NIJ-3A protection

The outer cover is available separately and is made of a strong wear-resistant Cordura® with a “Heat and Sweat” system on the inside for maximum wearing comfort and optimization of the body temperature.

Easily adjustable thanks to elastic straps with Velcro (on the shoulders, stomach and back) and a breathable cummerbund to improve ergonomics.

Closure with a zipper in the middle for easy on and off the vest, with the zipper at the bottom unbuttoned to make it easier to close the zipper.

2 large pockets next to the central closure with elastic compartment and space to route the wiring of electrical devices from left to right.

Officially certified bulletproof 9x19mm -.44 Magnum:

 Gun: The bulletproof vest has been officially tested and meets the level 3A of the NIJ0101.04 American standard standard. The bulletproof vest protects against 9mm FMJ MC and 44magnum SJHP both (436 +/- 9) m/sec with a maximum of 44 mm as well as back face Signature or trauma. As a result of this standard, self bulletproof packages also protect against projectiles .22 Long Rifle, .38 ACP, .40 Smith & Wesson and .357 Magnum calibers. 9mm V50 from 525 to 538m/sec under the same standard.

Shattered shrapnel: 17 grains FSP (Fragment Simulating Projectile) V50 of 605, 581, 616 and 591m/sec under the STANAG 2920 standard (Edition 3).
