The military fragmentation and bulletproof vest features extra neck, shoulder, upper arm, and groin protection for maximum protection against fragments from bombs and drones. The Olive color is a standard military color that can also be combined with Woodland and suits a wooded environment.

The PGD FRAG heavy-duty tactical vest is designed to provide maximum fragmentation protection according to STANAG2920 and ballistic protection against handguns up to .44 magnum according to NIJ 0101.04 IIIA, giving you complete 360° ballistic/fragmentation protection. Thanks to the flexible, ballistic soft protection, you will experience a lot of comfort and the vest adapts to your body with every movement.

Key features of the PGD FRAG tactical vest:

• The straps on the shoulder straps have a breaking strength of 1472 kg.

• The laminate is PU-coated, water-repellent, water-resistant, and IRR-resistant (infrared reflective makes you difficult to see in the dark for IR cameras and drones) – made in Europe (Foxa Oy Finland) and (Brookwoods Companies, INC. US).

• Made from 500 denier Cordura laminate, which is 35-40% lighter than traditional MOLLE. This offers optimal freedom of movement for long-term wear.

The PGD FRAG is lined with Outlast® PCM (Phase Change Material) technology, meaning the material actively regulates and manages temperature for maximum comfort. Outlast® PCM absorbs, stores, and releases heat when needed, keeping the

wearer cool when it's hot and warm when it's cold. This dynamic temperature control prevents overheating or chilling and ensures consistent comfort under varying conditions.

Adding ESAPI hard bulletproof plates

The PGD FRAG tactical bulletproof vest has built-in front and back pockets for carrying ESAPI hard ballistic plates. For side protection, you need to upgrade with a plate pocket, which is not supplied as standard with the FRAG system. The following hard armor plates are compatible:

• Size small is compatible with ESAPI plates in size S and 30×25 cm

• Sizes medium-XL are compatible with ESAPI plates in size M and 30×25 cm flat

• Size XXL is compatible with ESAPI plates in size L and 30×25 cm

Size XXXL is compatible with ESAPI plates in size XL and 30×25 cm

The hard armor plates are inserted through the Velcro opening on the inside of the vest and can be adjusted low or high with the adjustable Cordura straps on the inside.

The Placard

The Placard is attached with Velcro and can be replaced and secured with a G-hook or a similar system with molecular straps, which are "hidden" behind the laser-cut straps on the front.

When measuring yourself, it is important to wear multiple layers of clothing to determine the correct size. The size is based on your width, so if you measure 85 cm, we recommend choosing a medium size that covers 90 cm for full 360° protection.
