Returns and conditions
- We deliver our high-quality specialized products to various European countries.
- Shipping costs are determined by Bpost and depend on the weight and destination country.
- Delivery time depends on the international postal system in the different countries through which the shipment passes.
- Sizes and dimensions can be found with each product. If you are unsure about the dimensions of a product, please contact us for the correct measurements.
- If the size does not fit you, you can exchange the goods for a different size. The return shipment to us with the tracking code will be made and paid for by the customer in this case, and once we have received the goods, we will send the replacement goods free of charge in the desired size. If a larger size for a particular product requires an additional charge, this must be paid first.
. - You are obliged to check upon delivery whether the products comply with the agreement. Should this not be the case, you must inform Supply Store FSDIP Shop of this as soon as possible and in any event within seven (7) working days after delivery, or at least thereafter in writing and/or with reasons, that the observation was reasonably possible.
- If it appears that the products do not comply with the agreement, Supply Store FSDIP Shop has the option to replace the relevant products with new products or to refund the invoice value. If a clear error has been made by Supply Store FSDIP Shop, you can request our label for a return shipment, whereby we pay the return costs and send you the correct products at our expense.
- If for any reason you do not wish to purchase a product, as a private individual you have the right to return the product to the Supply Store FSDIP Shop within fourteen (14) days of delivery without payment of a penalty.
. - Returns will only be accepted in this case if the specific packaging of the product is undamaged, and the costs for return shipments will be at your expense.
- The customer may try on and fit the product (in the case of clothing), but no more than is necessary to assess the product. Sterile goods may not be opened for hygienic and medical reasons.
- If the specific packaging of the product has been damaged, or the goods are returned soiled, this constitutes a reduction in value, and we are obliged to charge the customer for the costs of repackaging or cleaning the goods.

If the cancellation of the order causes additional costs, these will also be charged to the customer. These costs include the extremely high PayPal bank fees of 4% per transaction, + 8 Euro reprocessing fees and administrative costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund!

Will never be taken back:
- worn, soiled, damaged or incomplete goods
- items whose specific packaging is damaged, making the goods no longer saleable.
- custom-made items for the customer
- items that by their nature cannot be returned.
