The Multicam Small MOLLE Utility/Medic pouch can be attached to the Kaliburn tactical vest or Strom plate carrier, usually along the side.

The Utility/Medic pouch closes with a two-way zipper, 3 rows on the front and additional Molle loops on the side allow for the attachment of extra pockets, with an inner pocket with Velcro closure, 4 elastic rubber band loops for attachment,
