The PGD FRAG Multicam military fragmentation, stab and bulletproof vest 3a NIJ 0101.04 laser-cut, water-repellent IRR-resistant modular system heavy-duty tactical vest. Unisex.

Military bulletproof vest that can be expanded with extra protection and is in the Multicam camouflage color also used by the Belgian army and reservists. The PGD FRAG bulletproof vest is compact without many protrusions and can also be worn discreetly for discrete missions.

The PGD FRAG heavy-duty tactical vest is designed to provide maximum fragmentation protection according to STANAG2920 and ballistic protection against handguns up to .44 magnum according to NIJ 0101.04 IIIA, giving you full 360° ballistic/fragmentation protection. Thanks to the flexible, ballistic soft protection, you experience great comfort and the vest adapts to your body with every movement.

Key features of the PGD FRAG tactical vest:

• The straps on the shoulder straps have a breaking strength of 1472 kg.

• The laminate is PU-coated, water-repellent, water-resistant, and IRR-resistant (infrared reflective makes you difficult to see in the dark for IR cameras and drones) – manufactured in Europe (Foxa Oy Finland) and (Brookwoods Companies, INC. USA).

• Made of 500 denier Cordura laminate, which is 35-40% lighter than traditional MOLLE. This offers optimal freedom of movement for extended wear.

The PGD FRAG is lined with Outlast® PCM (Phase Change Material) technology, which means the material actively regulates and manages temperature for maximum comfort. Outlast® PCM absorbs, stores, and releases heat when needed, keeping the wearer cool when it's warm and warm when it's cold. This dynamic temperature regulation prevents overheating or cooling and ensures consistent comfort under varying conditions.

Adding ESAPI hard ballistic plates

The PGD FRAG tactical bulletproof vest has built-in front and back pockets for carrying ESAPI hard ballistic plates. For side protection, you need to upgrade with a plate pocket, which is not included with the FRAG system as standard. The following hard armor plates are compatible:

• Size small is compatible with ESAPI plates in size S and 30×25 cm

• Sizes medium-XL are compatible with ESAPI plates in size M and 30×25 cm flat

• Size XXL is compatible with ESAPI plates in size L and 30×25 cm

• Size XXXL is compatible with ESAPI plates in size XL and 30×25 cm

The hard armor plates are inserted through the Velcro opening on the inside of the vest and can be adjusted low or high with the adjustable Cordura straps on the inside.

The Placard

The Placard is attached with Velcro and can be replaced and secured with a G-hook or a similar system with molecular straps, which are "hidden" behind the laser-cut straps on the front.

When measuring yourself, it is important to wear multiple layers of clothing to determine the correct size. The size is tailored to your width, so if you measure 85 cm, we recommend taking a medium size that covers 90 cm for complete 360° protection.
