Military bulletproof vest with two hard ballistic plates NIJ-3+ for additional protection against handgun calibers with steel core and against rifle bullets class III + 7.62x39mm MSC (Mild Steel Core) AK47 Kalashnikov model assault rifle.

Ideal for those who do not wish to wear heavy class 4 but still want to be protected against military bullets in 9x19mm with a steel core and against standard AK47 bullets with a steel core.  

The PGD FRAG comes in the Mulitcam camouflage color, also used by the Belgian army and reservists. The PGD FRAG bulletproof vest is compact without many protrusions and can also be worn discreetly for covert missions.

The PGD FRAG heavy-duty tactical vest is designed to provide maximum fragmentation protection according to STANAG2920 and ballistic protection against handguns up to .44 magnum according to NIJ 0101.04 IIIA, offering you full 360° ballistic/fragmentation protection. Thanks to its flexible, ballistic soft protection, you will experience great comfort and the vest will adapt to your body with every movement.

The hard armor plates are inserted through the Velcro opening on the inside of the vest and can be adjusted low or high with the adjustable Cordura straps on the inside.

Key features of the PGD FRAG tactical vest:

• The straps on the shoulder pads have a breaking strength of 1472 kg.

• The laminate is PU-coated, water-repellent, water-resistant and IRR-resistant (infrared reflecting makes you difficult to detect in the dark for IR cameras and drones – made in Europe (Foxa Oy Finland) and (Brookwoods Companies, INC. USA).

• Made from 500 denier Cordura laminate, which is 35-40% lighter than traditional MOLLE. This offers optimal freedom of movement for extended wear.

The PGD FRAG is lined with Outlast® PCM (Phase Change Material) technology, meaning the material actively regulates and manages temperature for maximum comfort. Outlast® PCM absorbs, stores, and releases heat when needed, keeping the wearer cool when it's hot and warm when it's cold. This dynamic temperature control prevents overheating or chilling, ensuring consistent comfort in varying conditions.

The Placard

The Placard is attached with Velcro and can be replaced and attached with a G-hook or a similar system with molecular straps, which are "hidden" behind the laser-cut straps at the front.

When measuring yourself, it is important to wear multiple layers of clothing to determine the correct size. The size is adjusted to your width, so if you measure 85 cm, we recommend taking a medium size that covers 90 cm for full 360° protection.
