Bulletproof or ballistic side plates class 4 Stand Alone 152x200 mm. Rectangular ceramic side plate NIJ level 4 for PGD U-line level 4 for plate carriers or bulletproof vests for large individuals or even more protection.

PGD U-line side plates NIJ level 4 are designed to provide additional protection to the sides of the torso, complementing the front and back plates in bulletproof vests or plate carriers. Side plates are used to protect vital organs such as the heart, kidneys, and liver without significantly reducing mobility or comfort in a high-risk environment where the threat can also come from the side, such as in trenches or other tactical situations.

Product features

The plate is made of Monolithic SIC, which means there is a large piece of ceramic on the front of the ballistic hard armor plate. The plate is covered with a very thin foam layer to protect the ceramic from impacts, extreme temperatures such as heat and cold, and also to absorb spall upon bullet impact. Furthermore, the plate is encased in a 100% water-repellent Cordura cover, which provides protection against water, oil, and other similar liquids, ensuring the plate's integrity and durability under various conditions.

At the same time, the plate stops impacts up to 7.62 × 63 AP (30-06 Springfield) and impacts from the AK47, SS109 / M855, M80 and similar threats. Our ESAPI plate is a stand-alone armor and does not require soft armor.
